In 2025, Diana Salvadori assumed the expanded role of global senior product marketing manager for the DuPont Liveo biopharma business, where she leverages her extensive expertise to drive innovation and growth within the industry. Prior to this position, she held both global and regional marketing roles for the Liveo silicones division and served as the North American healthcare segment manager for the performance materials business. In these capacities, she was instrumental in positioning DuPont as a leading force in the market. Diana has built a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years and encompassing various functions – including marketing, business development, sales, manufacturing and research – with a particular focus on polymers and silicones. Specializing in the healthcare segment since 2010, she has made significant contributions to the field. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Residing near Toronto, Canada, she is dedicated to inspiring and leading advancements within the healthcare industry.

Stéphane Cornelis
Technical Service & Development (TS&D)/R&D and Biopharmaceutical Process Expert
DuPont™

Stéphane Cornelis has been with DuPont (formerly Dow Corning and Dow) since 2006. He began his career after earning degrees in material sciences and biochemistry, mastering various analytical techniques while working in the analytical department. Since 2013, Stéphane has undertaken a primarily research and development role. He also serves in a project leader role to innovate and introduce new products to the healthcare market for both the medical device and biopharmaceutical process segments – including the TPE tubing products featured in this webinar. His responsibilities also include technical and application support for numerous DuPont customers in the EMEA region. Stéphane was born in France and spent half of his life in Belgium. He is married and has a lovely 12-year-old daughter.

Sweden Yocom, MBA
Lead Technical Service & Development (TS&D) Engineer
DuPont™

Since earning her Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering in 2006, Sweden Yocom has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry. She currently is a technical service and development engineer, providing technical and application support to customers, as well as leading innovation projects to develop new products for DuPont Liveo. She has worked in product and process development, scale-up, manufacturing, and practicing Lean & Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies in medical devices, transdermal drug delivery and biopharmaceutical process segments. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has served as an economic evaluator in a part-time capacity, providing business insights and comprehensive financial analysis for the healthcare business portfolios at Dow Corning, Dow and DuPont to assist with critical investment decisions, portfolio management, project prioritization, future growth and profitability.
