Sartorius appoints Michael Melingo to head marketing, sales, and services of the Lab Products & Services Division.
Sartorius has appointed Michael Melingo to head marketing, sales, and services of the Lab Products & Services Division effective April 1, 2014. He will succeed Dominique Baly, who will retire from the company. Melingo will report to the CEO and Executive Board Chairman, Joachim Kreuzburg, and become a member of the Group Executive Committee. Previously, Melingo worked at Metrohm, a Swiss manufacturer of analytical instruments, where he was CEO of its US subsidiary. He has also worked for Baxter, Bio-Rad, Millipore, and Waters in Europe and Asia.
