Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation (Aurora, OH) has acquired the assets of J & J Scientific Products, Inc. (Tampa, FL), a manufacturer of disposable plastic products for the biopharmaceutical market.

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation (Aurora, OH) has acquired the assets of J & J Scientific Products, Inc. (Tampa, FL), a manufacturer of disposable plastic products for the biopharmaceutical market. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

J & J will be integrated into Saint-Gobain’s Fluid Systems division. At its single manufacturing location in Tampa, J & J makes manifold systems, flask closure systems, flask and bottle assemblies, and tubing end assemblies that are used by biopharmaceutical manufacturers in research, development, and production.
