Aseptic Valve Range Increases Sterility

ChargePoint AseptiSafe by ChargePoint Technology is designed to transport aseptic products or components. The valve range consists of two iterations capable of eliminating the ‘Ring of Concern’ through different methods to achieve sterility. ChargePoint AseptiSafe uses a steam-in-place process that ensures the sterilization of the internal surfaces of the valve together with the Ring of Concern. In addition, ChargePoint Aseptisafe bio uses a fast gassing system that sterilizes the valve interface in approximately six minutes.
